It may be fall, but I’m a total spring / summer girl so here you go. A bright, cheerful watercolor flower wreath background for ya. It was a combined effort between my 2 year old and I. Luckily, she only painted in the top left corner and I was able to edit it out. *Wink* ;)
Maybe someday you’ll be downloading HER freebies. Here’s the wreath / frame. It comes as a JPG image with an offwhite background and as a PSD file so you can play with setting the background to a color of your choosing, adding text, etc.

I was in the same situation (I couldn’t open the file, either.) When I down- loaded the file it automatically became a zip file because it is a large file. I found it I right-clicked on it, I got the “open” command and that was it! You probably won’t believe me but, it is Dec. 9th, 2017! I just discovered Angie’s blog and I stumbled on your comment. Hopefully, you were able to resolve the issue by now but, just in case… God bless you and I hope you have a great Christmas! It certainly is a small world, isn’t it?!
