It’s pretty common to add post categories to your menu and lots of reasons why you’d want to. In fact, we’re doing it on our own site here:
We’re pulling out all posts categorized as our “Site Showcase” posts and have added it to our menu so that we can feature all posts in that category.
To do the same on your own site, you first need to have your custom menus enabled under Appearance/Menus in the dashboard of wordpress.
Then, you just need to scroll down to where you see this.
From there, it is super easy to click a category, choose add to menu, and viola! Your page will appear in your site’s menu with all of your chosen category posts contained within it. Here’s a video tutorial to walk you through the steps as well!
