That’s also why this site pretty much rocks my socks off. Beautiful Typography? Nerdy verbiage? Check and check.

Meet this week’s site of the week: The Dead Words, a site dedicated to resurrecting word that have long been forgotten in our language.  “Through this blog of lettering, we rediscover and interpret stories of dead words. All letterings in here are words that were once used in our language. Today, most of them are omitted from common English dictionaries. This may be the last chance for us to learn and commemorate the words before they are truly dead and forgotten.” Go check it out! And learn some new words.
